Ordering + Payment
To place an order click ‘add to cart’ for any items you wish to purchase; this will add all items selected to your basket. Once you have completed selecting your purchases proceed to checkout. You will be asked for a few details and a credit or debit card will be required at this stage. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. All our prices are in UK pounds. Nadia Narain reserves the right to withhold any order that has failed to be verified.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with delivery option selected by you during the order process. See delivery section of our site. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery by any third party. 

Returns policy
We offer a refund on any faulty products. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email or post) and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit/debit card with the price of the products within 30 days after we have received the notice of cancellation. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.  We regret we cannot refund any packing and postage costs.

All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.

To return an item to us, please post the item back to us at 14 Princess Road, London NW1 8JJ. Please include in the package your details including your name, email address, the order number and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage).
