YOGA CLASSES
Yoga is now a household practice and is becoming ever more popular. Sometimes there's a bit of confusion that yoga poses are the whole of yoga but in fact they are just one part. The beautiful thing about yoga is that you are taking care of your mind and heart as well as your body. Some of the benefits are as simple as stretching and toning muscles and as complex as regulating the nervous system.

A well-rounded, hour-long class for anyone to take, anywhere in the world, at any stage of their practice.

BREATHWORK CLASSES
Breath is the carrier of life force, prana or chi – the energy that runs through us that gives us vitality. The depth, ease and comfort of the inhalation reflects our openness to participate in life. The freedom of the exhalation reflects our ability to let go with ease and move forwards. You can change the way you let life in and let life out. With a focused awareness or intention, you can clear blockages and allow energy to flow freely. Breathwork is an active meditation.

HEALING BREATHWORK / AN ONLINE CLASS

6.30 – 7.45pm UK / 10.30 - 11.45am LA / 1.30 - 2.45pm NY
An hour and a quarter-long class. No experience necessary, just a willingness to go deeper. If you can, please have a blanket, speaker / headphones, and a notebook handy. Limited to 20 people per class.
