These can either be yoga practice, meditation and breathing, or a wellness and lifestyle consultation for those looking to lead a healthier life or a combination of both. I am also available to talk in a corporate environment about stress reduction and the benefits of mindfulness, meditation and breathing to help in the work place.
Finally, a private can also be used as a mentoring session for new yoga teachers.
