YOGA CLASSES
Yoga has become a widely practiced discipline but there’s often a misconception that it’s just about physical postures. In reality, the practice of yoga nurtures the body, mind, heart and spirit in harmony. Whether it’s the simple act of stretching and strengthening muscles or the profound impact of regulating the nervous system, yoga offers a deeply transformative experience.

With 30 years of teaching experience, Nadia’s classes are designed to be both accessible and enriching. She blends steady, well-structured sequencing with clear, alignment-focused instruction – ensuring that everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, feels at ease. Her sessions combine movement, breathwork and meditation, infused with warmth, music and even a little laughter. Each class is an invitation to move your body, quieten your mind and settle into a state of deep relaxation.

Join this well-rounded, hour-long Vinyasa class from anywhere in the world. Designed for all levels, this session encourages fluid movement, breath awareness and a sense of inner balance – helping you start the week feeling strong, centred and refreshed.

BREATHWORK CLASSES
As the Taoist saying goes, “Every human life contains 10,000 sorrows and 10,000 joys.” Breathwork helps us hold both – expanding the heart to welcome beauty, love and joy, while gently tending to the suffering we carry, both individually and collectively.

Breath is the carrier of life force – the Prana or Chi that moves through us, energising and sustaining us. The way we breathe reflects the way we live. The depth and ease of the inhale mirrors our ability to receive life fully. The freedom of the exhale reflects our willingness to surrender, let go of control and move forward with ease.

Through this active form of breathwork, we can clear energetic blockages, release tension and allow life force to flow more freely – helping to keep the heart open, soft and expansive.

HEALING BREATHWORK / AN ONLINE CLASS

A 75-minute guided breathwork session, open to all levels. No experience necessary – just a willingness to go deeper.

For the best experience, please have a blanket, speaker or headphones, and a notebook nearby. Limited to 20 participants.
