Step away from the demands of daily life and into a space of rest, renewal and reconnection. This retreat is an invitation to pause, to breathe deeply and to listen to the wisdom that arises when you slow down.
Held in the beautiful landscape of Portugal’s Atlantic coast, this retreat is designed to nourish your entire being – body, mind, heart and spirit. Over the course of the week, we will move through yoga and embodied practices, explore breathwork and meditation to steady the mind, and create space for reflection, journaling and deep relaxation. This is a time to step away from the noise, to reconnect with yourself and to return home feeling lighter, clearer and deeply restored.
Each day will be a balance of movement and stillness, guided practice and quiet reflection, shared connection and time for yourself.
Days at the retreat will flow between meditation, learning, ceremony, and integration — with plenty of time to process it all (or just hang out in the hammock, your call).
Expect a good mix of solo and social time.
Mornings might find you meditating with the sunrise, or journaling with your morning coffee.
Afternoons bring Buddhist talks, meditation workshops, one-on-one sessions with our therapists, and time to simply be.
Evenings often end around the fire, sharing stories under the stars — because sometimes the biggest insights come when we’re just being human together.

Cocoon is a 275-acre coastal farm, offering the perfect mix of wild beauty and comfort. Located in Portugal’s Alentejo region, it is surrounded by rolling countryside and just a short drive from Praia do Cavaleiro, where the cliffs meet the ocean in breathtaking views. The retreat centre is designed for deep relaxation, featuring two yoga shalas, thoughtfully designed accommodations and nourishing farm-to-table meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
