Step away from the demands of daily life and into a space of rest, renewal and reconnection. This retreat is an invitation to pause, to breathe deeply and to listen to the wisdom that arises when you slow down.
Held in the beautiful landscape of Italy’s Ionian coast, this retreat is designed to nourish your entire being – body, mind, heart and spirit. Over the course of the week, we will move through yoga and embodied practices to take care of our “house”. Meditation to steady the mind and bring us to presence, explore breathwork to open the heart and TRE to regulate the nervous system. We will spend time in contemplation, journal and enjoy the benefits of deep relaxation. This is a time to step away from the noise, to reconnect with yourself and to return home feeling lighter, clearer, deeply restored and connected to yourself and your life.
Each day will be a balance of movement and stillness, guided practice and quiet reflection, shared connection and time for yourself.
Days at the retreat will flow between meditation, learning, ceremony, and integration — with plenty of time to process it all (or just hang out in the hammock, your call).
Expect a good mix of solo and social time.
Mornings might find you taking a walk or swim with the sunrise, or journaling with your morning coffee. Followed by a 2 hour practice.
The afternoons are free to enjoy new friendships, quiet time alone or learning how to make pasta!.
The late afternoon sessions are a deep restorative yoga/nidra/ breathwork or TRE practice. Followed by delicious dinner and a walk. Where we enjoy the power of community.

Masseria Specula is an eco yoga, wellness and art retreat centre set in a historic farmhouse with 20 hectares of private land. The house is a 10-minute walk from the beach and the beautiful blue green Ionian Sea. There will be time for lovely long walks on the boardwalk and hikes nearby, as well as delicious homemade Italian food.
