A women's Breathwork circle is an opportunity to come together, connect and grow. Bring your intentions for the Spring and New Beginnings as well as a notebook for some writing prompts to ponder (we also sell them). Lisa Pauley will be leading the group with her sound bowls into a deeply relaxing rest at the end. This is an in-person event with limited space. Open to all levels.
